We are entrepreneurs and business professionals who live in Round Rock, TX. We are avid DIYers, HGTV watchers, YouTube learners and just a tiny bit crazy enough to venture into vacation rental management after recently becmoing empty-nesters. We decided to take a step of faith and started FFH Rental Properties in 2024. A few short months later, we invested in our first property in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Motivated by the many positive reviews for Mountain Ridge Getaway, we decided to invest in our second property (Treetop Retreat) in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas in 2025. Our hope with FFH Rental Properties is to continue to grow our portfolio all the while creating memorable guest experiences across all of our properties and making everyone feel welcome from initial booking through check out.
