Treetop Retreat in Hot Springs Village offers a unique and relaxing experience. Located in the Ouachita Mountain foothills in Hot Springs Village, the nation's largest gated community. You'll be minutes away from several lakes and golf courses within the village as well as 30 minutes to downtown Hot Springs and less than 25 minutes to Lake Ouachita State Park.

Situated in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, you'll love the view of the canopy of trees and may even catch a glimpse of deer, wild turkey, foxes, and other animals that roam the area.

Tree Top Retreat was designed as a couples getaway. You'll find several opportunities to reconnect, relax, play, laugh, and enjoy each other's company.

Main Area

Cozy up next to the fireplace and catch up on your favorite shows, listen to music on the record player, or play any (or all) of the couples focused card/board games available. For those couples into gaming, team up or challenge each other with our retro gaming console.

Bedroom

Enjoy the tree top views from the king size bed or pull down the blackout blinds and sleep in.

Movie Room

Log into your favorite streaming account(s) on the 75" Roku tv, cuddle up on the power reclining loveseat and enjoy a "night at the movies". To elevate your experience, the movie room is equipped with immersive lights to help you feel a part of the story.

If you've planned a couple's getaway, but you still have to get some work done, a small workspace and wifi is provided.

Outdoors

Relax on the deck and take in the tree top views. Or use the Blackstone flat top grill to create a gourmet breakfast, or impress your partner with the perfect smashburger or steak.

The property is located in Hot Springs Village, a gated community. There are two manned gated entrances that you can enter through. You'll need to check in and receive a guest pass your first day.

Hot Springs Village is the nation's largest gated community with 26,000 stunning acres in the Ouachita Mountains. Within Hot Springs Village, you'll find 11 lakes with public access to two of the lakes within a few minutes from Treetop Retreat. There are also 9 golf courses in the community. Cortez Golf Course is 1.5 miles from Treetop Retreat and DeSoto Golf Course is 4.8 miles. Golf course fees vary by season. There is also a miniature golf course within the village. Hot Springs Village does offer several other community amenities, but unfortunately those are only available to POA members.

We are in the woods. Therefore, there will be plenty of bugs and wild plants. There are several walking trails throughout Hot Springs Village and great hiking trails in Hot Springs. We do not advise roaming through the forest behind the home as poison ivy is known to grow in the area.
